Kia ora e te whānau,

My name is Carlos Kumeroa, Holistic Endurance Coach, husband, father and koro (grandfather) to a grandson and granddaughter. I was employed by the NZ and Australian Dairy Industry as a factory worker and manager for 24-years and I chose to lead a very unhealthy life up to my 40’s. Poor food choices, smoking, no exercise and stress had me on medication for many years and I was heading towards a life relying on the public health system. It wasn’t until I lost my father to cancer (and later my mother to cancer) that I really turned my life around. I’m here to pass on what I have learnt and support those who want to turn their lives around too.

Ma Mua ka kite a Muri
Ma Muri ka Ora ki Mua

Those who lead give vision to those who follow
Those who follow give life to those who lead
